The Casa-Maria Villa is fitted to a very high standard and offers 5* luxury to the discerning traveller The villa is set in very pleasant surroundings and peaceful conditions all year round. Located on the popular urbanisation of Costa Nova, the villa is only a short distance to supermarkets and restaurants, as well as tennis courts and local amenities.
The villa has three very spacious bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes. There are two double rooms and one twin bedroom (with bunk beds) and will therefore sleep up to seven people. The master bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe, whilst the remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom. There is a very large open-plan lounge and dining room and also a spacious kitchen with utility room.
The villa has is own 10m x 5m private pool, pleasant gardens and BBQ area. It also comes with off road parking and is very secure and safe for children. The pool is maintained by an independent pool company to a high standard, so it is always lovely and clean. Other outdoor features include private and secluded terraces with gardens, naya with tables and chairs, outside security lighting.
