Casa Anna is set on three levels, with several secluded private areas for contemplation, a large sun terrace with fabulous views and a covered naya terrace overlooking the pool terrace below. There is an outside tiled barbecue kitchen and additional gas barbecue.

Please note that this villa is built on a steep plot, hence the fantastic views, and is not suitable for the elderly or infirm. From the roadside level, where there is additional off-road parking for up to three cars, a steep drive leads down to the entrance level of the villa, where there is a double open garage area under the off-road parking above.

Accommodation

Of particular interest, at the back of the first floor level, is an external staircase leading up to the roof terrace with fantastic views. The entrance door leads to a large living room with a leather sofa suite and satellite television*, DVD/video, CD player, log burning fire and an air-conditioning unit. This leads to the dining area, furnished with a dining suite, which then leads to the fully fitted kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, electric ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and all cooking utensils. Patio doors open to the large outside covered terrace where you can shelter from the sun and take your meals. On this floor is a twin bedroom and a shower room.

An internal staircase leads to the lower floor comprising a twin bedroom, bathroom, and a double bedroom. From the corridor linking these rooms, an open archway with folding screen opens onto a living area where there is a double sofa-bed (this is ideal for children or teenagers) with French doors opening to the pool area.

There are mosquito nets to all windows and free standing fans in all bedrooms. Outside there are 8 sun-loungers, 14 poolside chairs, a  wicker chaise-longue and a wicker chair with cushions.

The beautiful bay and child-safe beach of EL Portet is a 20 minute walk, or just minutes in the car, where you can enjoy all water sports and dine in the cafes on the water's edge.

There is an air-conditioning and warm-air heating unit in living room only, which is charged extra based upon meter readings taken at the beginning and end of your stay. There will be a usage deposit of 25 UK Pounds per week, irrespective of whether you will be using it or not, is required for above. This will appear automatically on the booking form.

Please be aware that the villa is built on a very steep plot and that there are steps down to the entrance, from the car-parking area, and between floors.

*Digital Satellite Television currently includes BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channels 4 and 5, SKY Movies Premier 1, SKY Sports 1 and 2, SKY 1, Discovery and UK Gold. IMPORTANT NOTE: These channels were in operation at the time of installation and could change depending on the service providers. The provision of these channels is beyond our control so we cannot guarantee which channels will be in operation during your stay.
